Drive customer success by empowering users to maximize VIKTOR's platform, fostering adoption, long-term partnerships, and business growth through onboarding, account management, renewals, advocacy, and optimizing customer lifecycle processes.
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll work closely with digital leaders, managers, users, and developers within these organizations, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives and supporting their long-term goals. You’ll be involved in every step of their digitization journey, offering impactful recommendations that drive innovation across the engineering industry.
The main KPIs for a Customer Success Manager focus on driving portfolio growth, enhancing customer health metrics, fostering brand advocacy through case studies and referrals, and ensuring efficient account management. In this role, you’ll maintain strong internal collaboration with our team of Customer Success Specialists—engineers with deep technical expertise in the product—who handle the technical and functional aspects, allowing you to focus on relationship management and the commercial strategy. Together with sales, consultancy and marketing, you’ll form a multidisciplinary team focused on maximizing impact for each enterprise account.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in one of the following roles: business- or management consulting, strategic or key account management
Experienced in construction, engineering, or other technical industries is highly valued; otherwise, strong interest in these areas is essential
You effortlessly connect with people at all organizational levels
You’re adept at analyzing usage metrics, with a data-driven, process-oriented mindset
Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
